SHIPPING CUTOFF: The same week shipping cutoff is Wednesday at 11:59PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week, unless the "Rush My Order" option is selected in the cart. Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59PM Pacific Time will usually ship on Monday or Tuesday.

RUSH MY ORDER: If you need your plants urgently, choose the "Rush My Order" option in the cart and your order will be shipped out within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Please note, this option does not affect shipping speed. Faster shipping methods are available in checkout.

DELAY SHIPMENT / ADVANCED ORDERS: If you want to delay shipment / order in advance, please use the order comments during checkout. For events and time sensitive orders, we highly recommended requesting delivery date at least a couple days before, in case the order is delayed in transit.

FASTER SHIPPING: If you wish to have your shipping expedited, please select Faster Shipping (2-3 Business Days) or Overnight Shipping during checkout.
