How We Pack and Ship SucculentsUpdated a month ago
PACKING PROCEDURE
We pack all shipments by hand. The plants may be protected with recyclable crinkle paper, tissue, kraft paper, and/or paper sleeves.
The plants are shipped on the dry side to prevent rotting from occurring during shipment. Pots will arrive with the feeder roots intact, which reduces the transplant shock. When shipped bare root, feeder roots must re-establish. Plants may be slightly wilted upon arrival, but will recover rapidly upon receiving water.
PACK PRODUCTS
Each succulent pack is shipped in its own cardboard box. Orders with multiple packs will contain multiple pack boxes taped together or packed inside an outer carrier box.
UNROOTED / BARE ROOT
These plants are wrapped in tissue or packed together in a bag or kraft gift box.
