ORDERING

Orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days, excluding the order date. During high volume weeks in April and May, or weeks with holidays, some orders may be shipped a day late. If you need an order urgently, see "Rush My Order" option below.

Two Specific Weekly Shipping Cutoffs:

• Sunday 11:59PM Pacific. All orders received before this time will ship Monday or Tuesday.
• Wednesday 11:59PM Pacific. All orders received before this time will ship Thursday or Friday.

Rush My Order: If you need your plants urgently, choose the "Rush My Order" option in the cart and your order will be shipped out within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Please note, this option does not affect shipping speed. Faster shipping methods are available in checkout.

SHIPPING

Faster Shipping: If you wish to have your shipping expedited, please select Faster Shipping (2-3 Business Days) or Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) during checkout. Please note, we will not upgrade shipping methods when Free Shipping is selected.

Delayed ship date: You can request a delayed shipment date in the order comments during checkout. For example, if you want to order early for a special event such as a wedding, just note your requested ship date in the order comments during checkout. We always recommend ordering sooner rather than later to ensure availability for your event, at least 1 week in advance.

We ship year-round to all U.S. states and territories. Our shipping address is 11229 Succulent St, Fort Jones, CA 96032. We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Holidays: On a week including a holiday - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day - shipping may be delayed until the following week.

Extreme Weather Notice: We reserve the right to hold shipments during storms or periods of extreme heat or cold for the protection of the plants.

Shipping to Multiple Locations: We will not ship a single order to multiple locations with the original shipping fee. Each shipment will be charged a separate fee equal to our actual shipping cost.
