My plants were delivered wet, what do I do?Updated 3 years ago

We usually send plants on the dry side but it is not always possible, especially in winter. Fortunately, most plants are quick to dry once out of the box.

  1. Remove the plants from the package and pull off any mushy, translucent leaves.
  2. Keep the plants in a sunny, well-ventilated location so that the soil can dry.
  3. Once the soil is completely dry, the plants are ready to be transplanted and/or watered.
  4. If you notice upper leaves turning mushy and rotten, take photos of all affected plants and send them within 14 days of delivery to our customer service team.
